A majority of the most recent climate-related issues have affected Italy in many negative ways, but some of them are actually beneficial in the short term. One of the most important benefits that affects the people of the country the most is the fact that so many jobs are created due to climate change all across the country. Strangely enough, the Italians social view on climate change has shifted so dramatically in the past few decades that they held their “…first National Conference on Climate Change in Italy, which focused predominantly on adaptation strategies.”
This, along with the creation of over two dozen national parks across the country, show that Italy accepts and is preparing for the effects of climate change, and they want to stay ahead of it. These natural parks also helped in the creation of thousands of jobs across the nation that are focused on climate research. They have discovered many new agricultural changes that have been affected by climate change.

This means that Italian scientists have ascertained agricultural research from over seven different types of climates, which provides a great amount of research for the rest of the world to use and have available. For example, according to an online article, Italian scientists discovered that food production and dispersion are responsible for roughly 37% of emissions in the world. Because of climate change, more jobs like this are being created by the year, and scientists are discovering way more about our agricultural system because of this issue.
